• Own post-sale handoff and onboarding readiness
• Trigger outreach and schedule onboarding kickoffs on time
• Drive momentum to first value and remove blockers
• Triage downgrade/cancel requests; execute retention motions
• Log activities in Salesforce/DealHub; tag milestones and risks
• Capture critical customer data points and product gaps

🎯 Requirements

• Onboarding readiness rate: close to kickoff prerequisites complete
• Time to kickoff and time to first value
• Retention aims: ARR saved and renewal protection
• SLA adherence: response and resolution times
• CRM hygiene and clear data for handoff, milestones, and risk flags
• Revenue Recovery ROI: credits/concessions vs ARR saved
