• Own full-cycle recruiting for senior and business-critical roles across Customer Success, Global
• Act as a strategic talent partner to executive stakeholders; advising on market dynamics, candidate
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies that identify, engage, and close exceptional
• Develop deep market maps for priority searches that include competitive talent, high-performing
• Create an exceptional candidate experience for senior and specialized talent, so every touchpoint

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth, technical, enterprise, or mission-driven
• 3+ years of experience successfully recruiting experienced Sales professionals across one or more
• A strong outbound sourcing muscle: proven ability to identify, engage, nurture, and close passive
• Experience partnering with senior GTM leaders to define strategy, calibrate profiles, diagnose
• Strong command of pipeline metrics and conversion data, with the ability to spot bottlenecks
• Comfort operating in a quota-like environment, balancing multiple searches while protecting the
