• Assemble and verify power subsystems components.
• Primary contact for issues during manufacturing of power subsystems.
• Identify issues and improve production workflow for power subsystems.
• Inspect, verify and assemble power subsystem hardware.
• Represent AIT Engineering across projects and disciplines.
• Apply system-level understanding to ensure mission success.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in power systems development, integration, or production
• Multidisciplinary engineering with mentoring and cross-functional collaboration
• Electrical engineering with system-level product architectures
• Systems engineering mindset for interfaces and integration risks
• DFM/DFT focus in high-reliability environments
• English: strong written and spoken communication
