• Oversee daily operation of natural gas turbines and related power generation equipment for a
• Monitor and optimize power systems to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers and datacenter teams to integrate power with AI
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade turbines, generators, and control systems.
• Develop strategies for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive continuous improvement in power management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or related field.
• 5+ years in power generation with natural gas plants or similar energy systems.
• Strong understanding of turbine operations, control systems, and power distribution.
• Proven troubleshooting ability for mechanical/electrical issues in power plants.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and standards (ASME, IEEE).
