Design, build, operate, and maintain Starbase microgrids.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; lead projects; drive improvements at Starbase launch sites.
Upgrade infrastructure to scale systems for Starship production rate targets.
Create and maintain sitewide power budgets, monitoring, metering for mission-critical assets.
Develop asset strategies for high-power launch and grid infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with NFPA 70, 70B, 70E, NESC, and IEEE standards.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or related discipline.
1+ years of experience in power systems design, analysis, and build (high-power HV).
3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
Professional Engineering license or intent to pursue PE license.
Experience with ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, PowerWorld, Matlab, PSCAD, Simulink.
Experience with load flow, short-circuit, arc-flash, coordination, transient studies.
