📋 Description

Lead and develop the power plant maintenance organization
Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for gas turbines, generators
Develop and execute maintenance plans based on OEM recommendations, equipment condition, and
Plan and manage major turbine maintenance activities including inspections and overhauls
Direct root cause investigations for recurring equipment failures and mechanical/electrical problems
Implement condition-monitoring and predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, thermography

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
5+ years hands-on experience in power plant maintenance or rotating equipment reliability
Experience with gas turbines, generators, or associated industrial plant equipment
Experience leading maintenance personnel or contractors
