📋 Description

• Gather use cases with business areas and build them on Copilot Studio and Power Platform, end to
• Own the day-to-day operation of Copilot Studio: tickets, escalations, and meetings with business
• Monitor the operation of published agents, tracking usage, performance, and availability.
• Put governance around what gets built and published: standards, environments, permissions, and
• Unblock organizational obstacles (access, permissions, definitions) until each use case reaches
• Take part in evaluating alternative low-code tools and agent builders, and in migrating use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building solutions on Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, or Power
• Judgment to compare tools and choose the right one for each case, rather than defaulting to a
• Experience acting as the point of contact for a solution in front of business users, including
• A habit of proactively keeping the team informed about what's happening with business areas
• Ability to gather requirements from non-technical areas and translate them into a working solution.
• Experience working in corporate environments with controls, permissions, and multiple stakeholders.
