📋 Description

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise apps using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Configure, extend, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Implement and integrate Accela solutions with Microsoft platforms and third-party apps.
• Build automation workflows and secure APIs, connectors, and integrations.
• Design scalable architectures with maintainability, performance, and compliance.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software development experience with Microsoft enterprise tech.
• Strong hands-on Accela implementation, customization, integration.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including app development and workflow automation.
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Bachelor's/Master's in CS/IT/Eng; Microsoft certifications desirable.
