Power Platform Lead Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide support and administration of the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Work with wider teams to resolve challenging issues.
• Collaborate with 3rd party vendors including Microsoft.
• Lead automation opportunities and design solutions using M365.
• Enable safe use of M365 Power Platform (Power Automate & Apps).
• Ensure SharePoint Online health: security and availability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven M365 support engineer/SME experience.
• ITIL framework knowledge and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication; proactive, organised and collaborative.
• Active Directory/Azure AD and Intune knowledge.
• MS-900 Fundamentals certification; product-specific certs a plus.
• Azure DevOps experience for CI/CD pipelines.
