• Lead financial strategy and business performance by partnering with senior business leadership to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive finance experience, including demonstrated leadership of business
• Experience supporting an industrial manufacturing business, ideally across multiple product lines
• Strong expertise in P&L management, balance sheet oversight, financial planning and analysis
• Demonstrated knowledge of product costing, manufacturing productivity, inventory management
• Experience in pricing strategy, product and customer profitability analysis, tender evaluation
