Power Systems Engineer III – Generator/Plant Testing & Compliance

📋 Description

• Lead generator testing, commissioning and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with plant operators, utilities and OEMs.
• Monitor and interpret live test data for performance insights.
• Support NERC compliance efforts (MOD-025/026/027).
• Prepare detailed test reports and engineering docs.
• Improve testing procedures and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (power systems).
• Experience with power plant testing, commissioning or compliance.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with SCADA, plant controls, inverter-based resources.
• Knowledge of NERC standards and ISO market rules (ERCOT/SPP/PJM).
