Powertrain (EPS) Manufacturing Technician Lead

📋 Description

• Lead the EPS assembly line; train juniors and manage shift handoffs.
• Assemble motors, inverters, stators, and gearboxes with varied tools.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and perform reworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering on bring-up and process validation.
• Ensure quality, metrology usage, and line health with 5S.
• Interpret schematics and blueprints for complex assemblies.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years manufacturing, 3+ in electric engine assembly.
• Experience in R&D, NPI, or early-stage production environments.
• Hands-on with mechanical/electrical assemblies using schematics.
• Metrology tools proficiency: calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM.
• SAP or similar ERP experience.
• 5S, LOTO, and Arc Flash safety knowledge.
