PPC Optimization Specialist

📋 Description

• Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, primarily Search campaigns, with tactical use of
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, negative keyword audits, and competitor analysis to improve
• Develop and test ad creatives through A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversion
• Monitor daily campaign metrics and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies to achieve
• Optimize campaigns against key indicators such as return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per click (CPC)
• Stay informed about Google Ads platform updates, algorithm changes, PPC trends, and industry best

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience building, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns in an agency or
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and
• Excellent written and spoken English to communicate effectively with U.S.-based team leads and
• Availability to work full-time with substantial overlap with U.S. Mountain Time business hours.
