PPC Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the end-to-end PPC strategy, including campaign planning, launch, optimization
• Manage paid advertising budgets and allocate investment to achieve target customer acquisition
• Analyze and model product economics, including lifetime value (LTV), CAC, funnel conversion
• Set up and maintain accurate tracking, conversion measurement, and value-based optimization in
• Build and execute a continuous testing roadmap covering advertising creatives, keywords, audiences
• Identify new acquisition opportunities across geographic markets, campaign formats, advertising

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC or paid search, with full ownership of advertising
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads; Microsoft Ads experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in scaling paid acquisition while maintaining profitability, supported by
• Strong understanding of product unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback period, conversion
• Ability to build, analyze, and defend financial and performance models using spreadsheets.
• In-depth knowledge of bidding strategies, including target CPA (tCPA), target ROAS (tROAS), and
