📋 Description

• Campaign strategy and planning: Define campaign objectives, KPIs, audience targeting, budget
• Campaign setup and execution: Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft
• Ad creation and testing: Develop compelling ad copy, organize campaign structures, and test
• Performance monitoring and optimization: Track key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), cost
• Conversion rate optimization: Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to improve
• Tracking and analytics: Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking, UTM parameters

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid media campaigns.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics, tag management systems, conversion tracking, and campaign
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance data
