📋 Description

  • Stand up the EMEA PR/Communications function.
  • Hire PR managers and agencies in UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, Brussels.
  • Implement PR and Corporate Communications aligned with goals and brand.
  • Partner with PR/marketing/sales to craft messaging for priorities.
  • Develop and execute rapid regional response capabilities.
  • Lead executive forums, conferences, and customer events.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12-15 years in-house corporate communications, tech/AI preferred
  • 5+ years people management; team leadership experience
  • Strong writing; distill complex topics into clear narratives
  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing PR agencies; pre-IPO comms
  • Policy and regulatory communications experience or strong interest
  • Based in Europe with cross-functional collaboration
