🎯 Requirements

• At least 12 years of public relations experience, primarily within an agency environment.
• At least 7 years of experience in a team leadership role, including responsibility for budgets and
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams, conducting annual performance reviews, and
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong knowledge of AP writing
• In-depth understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical media landscape, including FDA
• Established media relationships and a demonstrated track record of securing coverage in top-tier
