📋 Description

• Leading the healthcare and lifestyle practice, setting its strategic direction, priorities, and
• Serving as a senior relationship partner for healthcare clients, building trusted partnerships and
• Developing tailored communications strategies aligned with client objectives, audiences, and market
• Overseeing integrated PR campaigns, including media relations, thought leadership, crisis
• Leading, mentoring, and developing healthcare communications professionals, including senior
• Establishing a structured account management rhythm through weekly business reviews, account health

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in healthcare communications or public relations, with substantial
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and owning practice-level business outcomes.
• Deep expertise in at least three of the following areas: FDA and regulatory communications, biotech
• A documented track record of improving client retention and expanding existing accounts, supported
• Experience managing gross revenue retention, net revenue retention, and account expansion as core
• Strong network of healthcare media contacts across business, trade, clinical, and consumer
