PR Specialist

📋 Description

• Draft, edit, and coordinate approval of press releases, background checkers, media advisories
• Maintain daily contact with journalists: respond to inquiries, proactively pitch stories, and
• Assist in organizing and executing press events, influencer activations, and stakeholder meetings
• Manage media monitoring, reporting, and internal trackers: coverage clippings, agendas, media
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends; provide summaries and insights to the team
• Ensure message consistency across paid, earned, shared, and owned media

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, or journalism
• Strong sense of autonomy and ownership of tasks and deadlines
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with media databases, monitoring platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Cision), and CMS/social
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
