📋 Description

• Define strategic direction for healthcare and lifestyle communications initiatives
• Own account management rhythm across client portfolio
• Drive client retention and satisfaction through high-quality service delivery

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior healthcare clients

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in public relations or healthcare communications with senior
• Significant experience leading healthcare PR teams and owning practice-level outcomes
• Demonstrated expertise in at least three of: FDA and regulatory communications, biotechnology and
• Proven track record of managing successful healthcare communications campaigns with measurable
• Ability to demonstrate client retention and expansion achievements using concrete business metrics
• Strong understanding of gross revenue retention, net revenue retention, and recurring revenue
