📋 Description

• Define the strategic direction and provide leadership for healthcare and lifestyle communications
• Own the account management rhythm across the existing client portfolio, including structured weekly
• Drive client retention and satisfaction through high-quality service delivery, rapid time-to-value
• Develop and execute at least five recurring account expansion initiatives, targeting sustained
• Lead, mentor, and develop the healthcare communications team, providing senior-level coaching
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior healthcare clients, serving as a strategic

🎯 Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in public relations or healthcare communications, including senior
• Significant experience leading healthcare PR teams and owning practice-level outcomes.
• Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following areas: FDA and regulatory communications
• Proven track record of managing successful healthcare communications campaigns with measurable
• Ability to demonstrate client retention and expansion achievements using concrete business metrics.
• Strong understanding of gross revenue retention, net revenue retention, and recurring revenue
