📋 Description

• Provide leadership and direction to the NetSuite practice area.
• Develop and execute the practice's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
• Motivate practice team members with encouragement designed to achieve and exceed high expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies related to NetSuite.
• Directly manage a team of NetSuite Engagement Managers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, or a related
• 7+ years of experience in ERP consulting
• 3+ years of management experience overseeing and organization of 20+ individuals
• Proven track record of successful practice and organizational development in a Professional
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
