Practice Consultant I - US Remote

📋 Description

• Implement custom, elegant workflow designs to meet client needs.
• Build users, schedules, and workflow rules in the platform.
• Provide technical support, occasionally onsite, during go-lives.
• Monitor and adjust user and schedule applications for synced workflows.
• Lead outpatient projects as the primary consultant.
• Train clinicians, managers, and staff on new workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ work experience in customer-facing/consulting roles.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and teams.
• Adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency: Excel, Visio, Word, PPT, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving with configuration and communication.
