Practice Consultant I - US Remote

📋 Description

• Implement custom workflow designs to meet customer needs and streamline clinical communications.
• Engage and build rapport with Practice Managers and Providers.
• Build users, schedules and workflow rules in the platform.
• Provide technical support, occasionally onsite, during go-lives.
• Monitor and adjust users and schedules for synced apps.
• Execute testing protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in customer-facing consulting or service role.
• Collaborative, able to work with peers and teams.
• Adaptable.
• Strong MS Office: Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning in configuration and communication.
