📋 Description

• Coordinate internal/external provider peer review.
• Perform EMR quality reviews and data abstraction.
• Analyze clinical indicators for medical staff management.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, bylaws.
• Compile and report data to Medical Staff leadership.
• Present findings to committees with clarity.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of clinical practice and hospital operations.
• EPIC experience.
• Degree in nursing or related healthcare field; 2+ years clinical experience.
• Knowledge of peer review, confidentiality, by-laws.
• Experience in patient safety initiatives and quality improvement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
