📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of practitioner accounts across onboarding, growth, and retention stages.
• Conduct calls, meetings, and training sessions to support practitioner understanding and use of the
• Guide practitioners through acquisition, adoption, and optimization stages by aligning Fullscript
• Identify practitioner needs, challenges, and opportunities through discovery and ongoing engagement.
• Support practitioners in progressing from initial use to consistent and effective execution.
• Communicate regularly via email, phone, and virtual meetings to maintain engagement and momentum.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting customer calls, trainings, or presentations.
• Ability to manage a book of business and prioritize work across multiple accounts.
• Ability to learn and apply product knowledge across multiple offerings.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health environments.
• Familiarity with practitioner workflows or clinical operations.
