Practice Success Manager

📋 Description

• Identifying and evaluating individual practices within assigned networks for fit with Guidehealth's
• Conducting outreach and initial meetings with individual practice leadership to introduce
• Building the case for engagement and addressing practice-level objections to secure agreement to

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel locally up to 50%.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a practice-facing, account management, or business development
• Experience working within an ACO, MSSP, or value-based care model (delegated services, managed
