Practice Success Manager

📋 Description

• Serving as the primary practice-facing relationship owner for an assigned portfolio and market of
• Identifying and securing new practice engagements and sustaining performance and satisfaction for
• Conducting outreach and initial meetings with individual practice leadership to introduce services
• Building the case for engagement and addressing practice-level objections to secure agreement to
• Coordinating with Practice Operations Manager on kickoff and onboarding for engaged practices
• Serving as day-to-day point of contact for assigned portfolio, maintaining consistent communication

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to travel locally up to 50%
• Must reside locally in GA
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a practice-facing, account management, or business development
• Experience working within an ACO, MSSP, or value-based care model
• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships and secure buy-in from physicians and
• Proven ability to facilitate productive performance conversations
