🎯 Requirements

• Enrolled student in HR, business psychology, or related (at least 4th semester)
• First practical experience in HR or related fields is helpful
• Structured and reliable working style

• Proactive personality with analytical thinking
• Good communication skills in German and English, digital tools proficiency
