📋 Description

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments, outpatient visits, medical procedures, and
• Accurately transcribe and process external physician orders, ensuring all required information is
• Collect, verify, and enter patient demographic and administrative information into the appropriate
• Validate patient insurance information, demonstrate a basic understanding of medical insurance, and
• Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls across multiple departments, answering
• Provide patients with clear instructions regarding appointment locations, preparation requirements

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or four years of revenue cycle experience.
• At least two years of experience in revenue cycle operations and/or two years of contact center
• Strong customer service etiquette, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with
• Basic understanding of medical insurance processes, with the ability to verify insurance
• Intermediate computer operating skills and the ability to navigate multiple applications and
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute, with strong accuracy when entering patient
