📋 Description

• Manages information across SIPR, NIPR, BICES, APAN: collection, analysis, dissemination.
• Maintains knowledge of PN SOF capabilities, readiness, equipment, TTPs, and POC information.
• Serves as the KM backbone, a single source for key information across the SOF enterprise.
• Drafts and maintains IM products for visual analysis of USSOCOM and PN networks.
• Coordinates with USSOCOM staff, components, TSOCs, and USW-I BICES for consistency.
• Develops PN SOF Profiles and Integrated Global SOF Picture; maintains KM calendars.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Master's degree in IT or related fields
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in content strategy, taxonomy design, and change management
• Minimum 3 years' experience in business process and multinational information management
• Mastery of KM platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence), AI-powered search, SQL, CMS, and data analytics tools
• Experience managing information across multiple classification domains (SIPR/NIPR/BICES/APAN) and familiarity with Foreign Disclosure policies
