🎯 Requirements

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Master's degree in international relations, economics, or related field
Graduate of FSI or equivalent US military program
10+ years as Foreign Service Officer or FAO in embassy team
3 years in policy development, international agreements, or strategy
2 years' experience or coursework in MOA/MOU negotiations
