Pre Award: J3I- Task Lead and Senior International SOF Support SME- Tampa, FL

📋 Description

• Oversee and perform day-to-day management and administration of project tasks; develop detailed work plans and schedules in support of the J3-I mission and objectives
• Assign contractor personnel responsibilities; manage contractor travel; manage contractor surge hours
• Perform quality checks of all work products; interact continually with the J3-I government lead, COR, and Technical Representatives
• Present interim results, discuss concerns, and ensure total product/service satisfaction and successful transition of all phased-in requirements
• Provide advice, insights, and experience concerning international SOF support to all elements of the J3-I
• Assist and advise J3-I leadership in the management of the overall J3-I program of work to meet CDRUSSOCOM objectives and priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Senior (O-5 or above) Army Special Forces officer with 15 years combined experience in operations and PN development at O-6 command, TSOC, or NATO SOF HQ level
• Master's degree in international relations or related field
• Graduate of SAMS or equivalent military planning course
• 1-year recent (last 5 years) combat/operational experience as part of combined joint special operations task force or TSOC staff
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with coalition SOF partners
