🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years in Residential Construction Project Management, Architecture, or Project
• Experience in production homebuilding or high-volume urban infill is highly preferred
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings, comprehend civil engineering plans, and
• Direct experience with North Texas permitting processes and familiarity with DFW-area trade
• Comfortable using and improving proprietary project management software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
