📋 Description

• Own delegated pre-litigation tasks from assignment through completion, delivering accurate
• Support case valuation and negotiation through preparation of valuation memoranda, response
• Participate in calls and negotiations as responsibilities expand, applying coaching and
• Maintain consistent communication with clients on assigned matters, including providing updates
• Help keep every assigned matter progressing each week by identifying delays, addressing recurring
• Raise case problems promptly with supporting evidence and a proposed course of action, then execute

• Admission to practice in Minnesota or Illinois, or admission in another U.S. jurisdiction with the
