Develop design docs and proposals to drive POCs and RFQ responses.
Deliver product demos showing how CDNetworks security fits customer architectures.
Collaborate with PM, Eng and Business to feed feedback into roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

University degree in CS/CE/IT or related field.
3-5 years in customer-facing pre/post-sales, security/troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of cyber security trends and threats.
DNS/TCP/IP/HTTP and hosting infra (load balancers).
Strong communication to bridge customers and ops; Mandarin & English.
Willing to work beyond hours or be on-call.
