Pre-Sales Engineer (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia)

📋 Description

• Promote and introduce product solutions according to customer thesis, technical consultation, and
• Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department.
• Support tender submissions and technical proposals
• Develop system architecture, bill of materials (BOM), and compliance documentation
• Support proof-of-concept (POC) deployments and system testing
• Support sales team with follow from leads in our portal.

🎯 Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control
• Excellent working knowledge of intrusion and IP CCTV and access control systems.
• Experience in installing/designing video surveillance, fire, intrusion, or other security systems.
• Experience in public speaking (as an advantage).
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong English skills (verbal and written).
