📋 Description

• Lead technical customer engagements, including demos, RFPs, POCs, and evaluations.
• Analyze customer workflows and scientific challenges to design tech solutions.
• Develop proposals and architectures aligned with objectives and best practices.
• Partner with sales to provide technical expertise and support deal strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related science.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing scientific/technical/pre-sales role.
• Experience delivering software demos and technical presentations.
• Strong understanding of scientific informatics software and workflows.
• Familiarity with SaaS, integrations, security concepts, and cloud solutions.
• SQL and Python to prototype workflows and demonstrations.
