Pre-Sales Lead

📋 Description

• Master our platform and support Sales with insights and tools.
• Listen to prospects' needs and address them internally.
• Assess prospect fit and respond to RFPs with Sales, Insurance, Product.
• Evangelize our services and products along the customer journey.
• Be the voice of the customer shaping Alan’s platform roadmap.
• Lead onboarding handover and coordinate complex onboardings.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS environment.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Dutch or French fluency.
• Based in Belgium.
• End-to-end procurement (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
• Experience in Insurance or Health platforms.
