  • Build positive relationships with Sales, CSMs, and partners.
  • Strong presentation skills to show value of complex services.
  • Innovative mindset; create service templates and engagement processes.
  • Experience scoping, producing, and delivering SOWs.
  • Articulate customer success stories and value metrics.
  • 4-year Bachelor Degree.
  • Skills in SFDC reports and dashboards.
