📋 Description

• Position Samsara Services value to enterprise accounts with C-level stakeholders.
• Define scope, approach, and timeline of services engagements within the sales cycle.
• Own services ARR attach quota and forecast; manage AE-to-CS transition.
• Plan scoping, proposals, LOE, and resource plans with prospects.
• Be a trusted advisor in product deployment and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver services and build methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in positioning Professional Services or tech solutions.
• Build positive relationships with Sales, CSMs, and partners.
• Strong presentation skills to show value of complex services.
• Innovative mindset; create service templates and engagement processes.
• Experience scoping, producing, and delivering SOWs.
• Articulate customer success stories and value metrics.
• 4-year Bachelor Degree.
• Skills in SFDC reports and dashboards.
