Pre-Sales specialist 🇧🇪

📋 Description

• Master our platform and support Sales with insights and tools
• Listen to prospects’ needs and define how Alan can address them
• Assess fit and contribute to RFP responses with Sales/Insurance/Product
• Evangelize our services and products across the customer journey
• Be the voice of the customer feeding Alan’s platform roadmap
• Lead complex pre-sales deals and onboarding coordination

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years SaaS experience
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Fluent Dutch or French (written & spoken)
• Based in Belgium
• End-to-end procurement experience (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization
