Preconstruction Manager

📋 Description

• Lead commercial interior projects from client engagement to contract award.
• Shape project scope, guide design development, and prepare cost plans.
• Oversee tendering, budgets, cash flow, and risk to protect targets.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and align schedules early.
• Present proposals and maintain client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure smooth handover into delivery and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
• Significant experience in commercial construction estimating, interiors preferred.
• Strong trade knowledge, market awareness, and multi-package coordination.
• Understanding of pre-construction workflows, methodology, and delivery principles.
• Proficiency with project management tools and scheduling software.
