Predictions & Digital Asset Markets Account Manager/Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end liquidity provider relationships across all product verticals
• Negotiate terms with market makers, OTC desks, and algo traders
• Monitor liquidity metrics and drive improvements across spot, derivatives, predictions, RWAs
• Lead liquidity strategy for predictions markets and tokenized RWAs
• Partner with Trading, Product, Eng, Compliance, and Legal for onboarding & API
• Represent Crypto.com at industry events to expand liquidity pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years in client coverage or institutional sales at exchanges, brokers, or crypto venues
• Experience covering or trading at least two of: spot, derivatives, perps, predictions, RWAs, tokenized products
• Deep knowledge of traditional market structure vs offshore crypto venues (MiFID II)
• Run a live client book with pipeline hygiene and post-trade workflow exposure
• Comfortable in fast Slack/Telegram environments with HFT/prop clients
