Predictions & Digital Asset Markets Account Manager/Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end LP relationships from prospecting to expansion across product lines.
• Negotiate terms with Tier-1/2 market makers, OTC desks, algo traders, and RWA LPs.
• Monitor liquidity metrics (spread, depth, fills) across spot, perps, preds, RWAs.
• Identify and onboard specialist LPs for prediction markets and tokenized RWAs.
• Lead liquidity strategy for prediction markets; define spread and depth; onboard event-contract specialists.
• Develop and manage RWA liquidity partnerships with tokenized issuers and institutional counterparties.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years in client coverage, sales trading, or institutional sales at a crypto venue or broker.
• Experience covering or trading at least two of: spot, derivatives, perps, predictions, RWAs, tokenized assets.
• Deep knowledge of regulated market structure (FCM/DCM/DCO/MiFID II) vs offshore crypto venues.
• Has run a live client book with pipeline hygiene, retention focus, and post-trade exposure.
• Comfortable in fast Slack/Telegram environments with HFT/prop clients and minute-level replies.
