Premium Client Manager

📋 Description

• Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, competitor activity and Capital.com’s full
• Support client engagement and retention through consistent communication, strong product knowledge
• Proactively identify, source and engage prospective premium clients through appropriate business
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including client interactions, follow-ups, pipeline activity and
• Liaise with Compliance, Operations and Customer Support to resolve client matters.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally, where required, to support client engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years’ experience in client relationship management, business development, premium client
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Investment Management, or a related field.
• FSCA RE5 regulatory exam completed.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, including FX, indices, equities, commodities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently and
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and build long-term client relationships.
