• Experience in customer support, account management, or roles with high-value customers.
• Ability to work with top-tier clients, delivering outstanding service and loyalty.
• Strong ownership and accountability for your area.
• Structured, critical thinking with a data-driven approach.
• Problem-solving: ability to uncover root causes.
• Flexible schedule: 14:00-23:00 or 17:00-02:00 Kyiv time, Sun-Thu.
• Will be an advantage: Tableau or similar analytics tools.
