• Enable strategic clients to execute projects with high-touch ops and guidance
• Build trusted operational relationships primarily with the deal execution team
• Guide clients during onboarding, launches, migrations, and critical phases
• Run regular check-ins to surface early warning signs before escalation
• Use AI-assisted and conventional tools to identify risks before issues surface
• Advise on best-practice setup, permissions, workflows, governance, Q&A, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Solutions Manager/Account Manager/TAM/Sales Engineer/CS
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure B2B environments with tight deadlines
• Clear, confident communicator; English fluency required
• Client-driven with emotional intelligence; know when to guide, execute, escalate
• Sharp analytical/problem-solving; root-cause thinking
• Highly organized and proactive; manage multiple priorities
