🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Solutions Manager, Account Manager, TAC, Sales Engineer, or Customer Support.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with hourly deadlines.
• Clear, confident communicator who explains complex issues simply in writing and live.
• Client-driven with emotional intelligence; know when to guide, execute, or escalate.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause focus.
• Highly organized, proactive self-starter, able to juggle multiple priorities.
• SaaS, financial, fintech, or information security background.
• Interest in financial markets, M&A, or the investment banking world.
