Technical Account Engineer acting as the highest-touch technical presence for named customers.
Own the support experience end-to-end and bridge Collibra product/engineering with customer
Hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC or New York, NY with in-office presence at least two days/week.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in technical support, technical account management, customer engineering, or solutions
Hands-on: Java, REST API, SSO, LDAP, Kubernetes, VM environments, SQL, SSL.
Root cause analysis, debugging, and integration architecture experience.
Knowledge of data governance, data catalog, data quality, or data management.
Proven ability to manage complex enterprise relationships across stakeholders.
Experience with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges.

🎁 Benefits

Base salary range: $116,000 – $145,000 per year.
