Prep CNA Instructor

📋 Description

• Assist in projection and recordkeeping of student progress, credentialing, and course completion.
• Deliver career-technical training instruction and guidance in designated area.
• Participate on student evaluation panels; prepare documentation in CIS and other systems.
• Enter case notes into CIS per timelines.
• Lead lectures, discussions, and lab sessions on nursing assistant competencies.
• Deliver test prep strategies, practice exams, and skill mock-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• Active, current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience, at least 1 in long-term facility.
• Three-credit course on adult teaching and learning concepts.
• Or 40-hour CE program in adult teaching and learning concepts.
• Or 1 year of full-time or 1500 hours teaching adults as faculty or clinical education.
• Or 1 year supervising nursing assistants, in addition to long-term care experience.
